dd is sick, virus, contagious, cannot go out or have anyone over. i am going mad......its quite tiring entertaining a 1 year old all day. what do to?yesterday i had everything done,put her toys on floor, and started to read a book, she started screaming as she wanted the book. that was the end of my reading.......

Poor pet,  I know how you feel.  Sick kids are the worst, you really feel like a prisoner in your own home doing hard time lol.  Especially when they are very young like yours.  Its times like those I do resort to using the TV.  I normally only give my two 1 hours worth of TV in the after noon but when they are both sick and grumpy and nothing is good enough then I think the TV is fantastic.  Even if it just gives you an hour of peace where you can de-stress.

I hope DD feels better soon.
