Im breast feeding at the moment and i want to know whats the best way to switch onto a bottle, should i just switch alltogether or is there some way which is easier.

There are lots of ways to do it,

The best way i have found is before she latches on put a little of the formula on your nipple and that way she gets used to the taste.  If she uses a soother great, she will be used to having a rubber teet.  If not you can use one of those nipple protectors and she will get used to the sensation of a rubber teet.  Get the lowest flow bottle you can and just try her before every meal.  Once she starts to drink from the bottle you can stop alltogether, or express.
